MTA2072高压摆率、高电流驱动运放可替代TLE2072

The MTA2071/2072/2074 contains four 
independent, high slew rate and high current 
drive rail to rail operation amplifiers. The 
MTA2071/2072/2074 operations over a wide 
range of voltage 5V- 36V with very low bias 
current.
The MTA2071/2072/2074 provides peak output 
current to 600mA drive rail to rail output and fast 
slew rate to 50 V/µs. Other features include 
over-temperature protection, over-current 
protection, and output short protection. They 
provide complete protection for system 
application.
