Pai8265AEQ Single Channel Isolated Smart Gate Driver
The Pai8265x is an advanced 10 A output current, easy to
use, smart gate driver which make IGBT VCE fault protection
compact, affordable, and easy to implement. Features such
as integrated VCE detection, under voltage lockout (UVLO),
“soft” IGBT turn-off, isolated open collector fault feedback,
active miller clamping, active short circuit and fault reset
provide maximum design flexibility and circuit protection.
By using maturated standard semiconductor CMOS
technology and 2Pai Semi iDivider® technology, these
isolation components provide outstanding performance
characteristics and reliability superior to alternatives such
